Horrible Service (FedEx)

Disadvantages: horrible service

My package was shpped to the wrong address (the company that sent it somehow sent it to my old address instead of my new one (where packages have been shipped before). I called FedEx and was told that they would need the company that shipped it to call in order to change the address. I had the company call and they were told I have to go pick it up (30 minutes away from where i live). I called FedEx again and they said they would try to get it held at the shipping center for me but that i would need to call at 8:30 to make sure it hasn't been delivered to the wrong address. I told him I am a teacher and that i don't have planning until 12:00 and that there is no way I can call until then. He just repeated the same thing.and got off the phone.

Summary: poor communicatoin within company, unhelpful solutions
