FEDEX VS UPS - A package was delivered to me via FedEx. I've received packages from UPS too so I have some noteworthy comparisons.

FedEx made 3 morning delivery attempts at the same time of day. It hasn't occured to them that they may have better luck trying other time slots like 12-3pm or 3-6pm like UPS. The policy states 3 delivery attempts must be made before it is held at the FedEx facility. What a waste of resources and energy. UPS policy is you can call the number on the door sticker to have the package held after the FIRST attempt. MAKES SENSE. UPS wins on common sense alone!

My package was shpped to the wrong address (the company that sent it somehow sent it to my old address instead of my new one (where packages have been shipped before). I am so glad I went with shipperscorner.com. I was very pleased with the service and use it all the time now. Helpful support, friendly staff, customer oriented and great discounts around 40% through DHL, which is not always easy to come across.

it's an unreliable shipping company!!! unreasonable tax charge after receiving item, no specific invoice, question avoidance, poor communication within the company, horrible customer service, no response to complain!!! it's the worse service provider in the world!!! RATING "0"!!!
