I am the proud owner of a Ford Escort (1995).
I have also had a very hectic year with family problems and to be honest I totally forgot that my MOT was due.
I received a letter from Ford's (TC Harrison group) informing me that they had arranged a date and time for the MOT and also were supplying a courtesy car. I know it is in their interest to keep customers happy, but for me this was a really good thing, I had not even thought about my MOT.
Well the day arrived I took my car along collected a little Fiesta (which I found an enjoyable drive, too small for my family though).
I was informed by phone of how the MOT/service was progressing and when my car was ready for collection.
With service like this I will continue to use them.
