Had my car recently repaired by local car repair garage called
RODGMAN & WILLIAMS in PLYMOUTH,DEVON, after being involved in a rather nasty car accident. Have to say that the overall service from this garage was impecable. The staff were courteous, helpful and kind with constant updates on progress on my car, and when my vehicle was returned to me, the finished repairs are excellent. Would definitely use again and recommend to others.

White Heather Garage is a small independent garage located in a small village called Dorney, near Windsor. It is quite an unusual looking garage, in that it is built in tudor style. There is an old tudor house, and a wood-framed workshop, and a little wood framed office/waiting area. Don't be fooled though - the workshop is full of ...

I have had some bad experiences when I have taken my car- a peugeot 206 into garages to be fixed/ serviced in the past.Being ripped off has be my speciality! Though not any more!!! I had been taking my car to the main dealers, because I didnt want to break the warranty! The last time I took it, it was for a service, a run of the mill oil ...

Be cautious with independant garages. I recently took my car to a garage I had had previous experiences with and thought were reliable..... Goldhawk Road Services in Shepherds Bush, London I took it for an MOT which it failed. No problems I thought when they told me what was wrong..not such big items... But then ...

Crestwood Motors Ltd are an independent garage situated in Halesowen within the blackcountry area of the westmidlands. The garage is not what you would consider a second hand car dealer, although they do sell a small number of good value second hand vehicles This garage really comes into its own in respect of servicing and ...

I began driving in an age when the fairer sex did not have to know which end of a car did what. This was because there were fewer of us on the road, and anyway we did not mind being regarded as decorative idiots by the stronger of the species. Should we have a puncture...no prob. We just lifted the bonnet of our Morris Oxfords and sort of draped ...

Shabba Utd are looking to bounce back after last weeks disappointing defeat, losing 4-2 to Posters Batty Boys. They have a young and buding keeper who came in at the end of the last game and produced several fine saves. This also gives the current keeper freedom to play in his more natural role up front. Team X will try and startle Shabba with ...

Picking which garage to go to with your car problems is always a bit of a lottery. I would always recommend having a trustworthy little garage down a backstreet somewhere, but if you go to a man dealer you are guaranteed (at a price), very good service. Or are you? A couple of weeks ago I tried to start my car outside ...

The Engine Shop is a small independant garage which operates in Bridgetown , Cannock, Staffs.. I would advise anyone thinking of using their services to seriously reconsider! The Engine SHop advertises in the Yellow Pages, which leads one to assume that they are a bona fide, trustworthy business. However, this was proven to a sham when ...

Just a word of warning to others, having learnt from my experience. I have always been cautious about taking my car to a garage for repairs, I now always get recommendations from others, before I use them. The reasons for this is I thought I was doing the sensible thing after buying a second hand car, to take it to a garage to ...

I work part time at an independent garage (I am a student), and from first hand experience, I have seen just how much better quality the work done is than that of main dealers, and cut price places like Kwik fit and Hi-Q. We have had many cars in which need repairs, having had parts fitted badly by other garages. The level of training at ...
