THIEVES, LIARS, INCOMPETENT, LAZY SCUMBAGS.
Over the years I've had many bad experiences with shitty link, from them never bothering to ring a doorbell to them leaving a parcel in a communal hallway, but the most recent is the best, a very large parcel of goods has mysteriously "gone missing", how such a large parcel can be misplaced beggars belief, i believe a more reasonable explanation is that one of the lowlifes that work for them stole the parcel as it was so obviously a parcel of clothes, now i will most probably have to wait for a whole new shipment to be sent out, which will cost the sender, while some thief gets away with it, and Im left waiting without any compensation for taking time off from work to wait for the deliveries. And believe me shitty link will never ever admit wrong doing, complete buckin fastards.

They are used too much I think,City Link with their courier service these days. They are very quick with their service and are used by other websites to send items out to customers. I often get City Link coming to my door to send items ordered from Amazon and other websites.Their service has been very good for me it has to be said so far. If i get a heavy item such as a big television the driver in my area is generous enough to take it inside for me. My items so far have never also been damaged at all either. What a total waste of time. Sat in half the day for nothing. At 2.30pm I just happened to check the tracking website to see what the pogress was. The progress was that they had tried to deliver and got no answer. Blatant lie and not too different from the other review on here. A phonecall to the Beckenham Office just led to excuses and the same old rubbish. "He did call." "You must have been out." "We can re-deliver another day." "He's out of your area now." etc etc. Total rubbish. Exactly what they said last time I had them fail to deliver something. So now yet another trip to Beckenham to pick up my own parcel. Don't use them and if you order from a company who do use them, expect to be let down and enjoy your trip to City Links Depot !!! ZERO STARS !!!

City Link have been the main courier service I have been using to receive items most of the time. City Link have been sending me items through many companies like Amazon and even Ebuyer and I think they delivery really fast on time.City Link has been always helpful on any complaints about their service. I put in a complaint about my items not being delivered on time. They gave me a refund of a small amount and also said sorry. Now with City Link most of the drivers will knock early at around half 7 in the morning! I just received a parcel (laptop stand) Rain Design mStand raise the screen to meet eye level for better posture and view from Amazon via City Link. The driver did knock at the door, if ever so lightly. Fortunately I heard the knock, as he was about to turn and return to the van parked by the pavement. I had to sign and print my surname on a paper pad he handed me while he went over to fetch my parcel in the van. As it turned out, the delivery went through fine, but I can see why so many people have problems with them.
