I would give 0 stars, City Link attempeted to deliver my laptop but i was out. I expected a delviery the next day. When none was forthcoming I contacted the depot to be informed that the package was signed for and collected the previous day by someone claiming to be me. The signed for the package with no calling card and no ID. I checked the order tracking and it had been delivered back to the depot at 17:18 and signed out at 17:30. Seems like an inside job to me. Not only are city link rubbish it also seems like they employ criminals!!!

Summary: City Link stole my laptop!
