Disadvantages: Far to many to write in this little box!

If you are in and happen to see the van pull up outside your house then no problem. However if you do not hear them knock on your door with a feather (They do not know what a doorbell looks like) then your troubles have only just begun.

I have NEVER had a positive experience of dealing with this company. Avoid at all costs as it would appear they are generating more revenue for themselves by causing the goods to be returned to the sender. I wonder if the Trading standards would be interested or better still the Police?

Summary: They should be investigated for their malpractices.
