Disadvantages: Poor service, terrible customer care, lying delivery men

Appalling service, and terrible customer services. I was expecting a delivery from CityLink over two weeks ago, and have yet to recieve it. After their first attempt, where they claimed that someone else in my building had the same surname as me, and had said I no longer lived there, I suspected they weren't very professional. Having had three "You were out" cards left on the stairs, it has become apparent that no-one has bothered to actually try and deliver. I managed to get Amazon to tell them to deliver to my work, but they have somehow managed to botch that up too! No I suppose I am going to have to take the day off work to go to their depot, when all I want is for them to do their job. When I voiced these concerns to their customer services department, all I recieved was a cut-and-paste "we are sorry for any inconvenience caused" reply.

Absolutely useless service, and shocking customer-services follow-up. I will make sure never to use them again.
