worst service ever!!! (Initial City Link)

Disadvantages: rude staff, didnt receive parcel for 1 and a half months!

I came across city link when I ordered a mobile phone from the Carphone Warehouse. Let me tell you, this experience has been a total nightmare for me!!! I ordered the item and was assured by Carphone that I would receive it in 2 business days... well... I didn't receive this item until a month and a half later, when my house mate found it chucked over the hedge in the garden, where it was covered in cob webs and mud.

I have no idea why the Carphone Warehouse even uses this company to deliver their mobile phones. Never in my life had I ever come across such an appalling delivery service such as this one.
On the day of the delivery, I received a note through my letter box saying that they tired to deliver but apparently no one was home. The note read that they then left it with one of my neighbours next door. I asked my neighbour and they told me they had been in work all day and no one would have been in to sign for it. One other strange thing that I noticed, was that the signature on the card was in the exact same writing as the drivers and that it was signed with a completely different surname to any of my next door neighbours'.

When I phoned city link, even the manager tried to palm me off and said they couldn't get hold of the driver. It turned into a long winded process and not even Carphone wanted to take responsibility. (I'll never be buying from them again!)
I did eventually get my parcel, chucked over the hedge in the garden covered in dirt. What actually did happen with the parcel, I'll never know. NEVER GO THROGH CITY LINK THEY ARE THE WORST!!!!!
