City Link, Cwmbran! I am in complete disbelief as to how I have been treated. After having my house broken into and many items stolen (including my diving licence and passport taken) I arrived at the local branch to collect one of the items the Insurance company replaced, only to find that I couldn't collect it because I didn't have my passport or driving licence! I explained fully, gave them my id card which had a photo of me, DOB and signature on it, I gave them a wage slip with my address, a bank statement and letters from the police and insurance company with my details and the crime details - NOT GOOD ENOUGH! I need my passport or Driving Licence to collect it! So how do people manage who have neither?? What a bunch of W***ers is what I say, I will be taking it further..."Company Policy is more important than Customer Care" is what the Supervisor said, well we will see what the Managing Director and the other Stakeholders say.....The Company Policy stinks and does not take into personal circumstances that the customer is currently experiencing!!!!
