Advantages: I have been thinking for an hour now and still nothing. sorry!

Disadvantages: where do i start!? slow, unhelpful, un-reliable,

i am never going to buy anything that requires to be delivered by city link again, i told them this and got a general reply starting, "good morning", (at 3.15pm) they did not try to help me or actually care that i had waited a week for them to deliver a small parcel, finally the day came when they were supposed to deliver, a note was popped through the door and the driver didnt even knock, i then had to wait 10 hours before i had to drive over 40 miles to the "local" depot to pick it up myself before it would be returned to the sender, and then drive 40 miles back again. the worst customer care i have ever recieved and probably ever will!
very unhelpful on the phone, would not ring me when my parcel was returned to the depot. & not doing anything about it either!
DON'T USE THEM!

Summary: pick it up yourself and save a lot of hastle!
