I ordered three laptops from Insight who use City Link to deliver. Laptops were supposed to go to my office but they were shipped to my house by mistake - Insight's mistake.

City Link voicemail says to leave message and they will call you back the same day - left two messages, one at 2pm, one at 5pm and they didn't.

I was told the boxes will be returned to depot for collection and that the driver was informed.

I drove to the depot which is a 45 minute detour for me and back, but no boxes there. The boxes were delivered to a neighbour, the card through the door said delivered to "Denise" with no address or who Denise was.

When I called City Link the next day I was told that the package was no longer a City-link problem (as it was delivered), and to contact my supplier to raise a non-delivery. So, as a city-link customer you'll lose if you're the supplier, and you lose if they're delivering your item.

I was also told by City-link Heston Depot Manager that it is City-link policy to leave the package wherever possible.

Summary: They need to go out of business before they waste anyone else's time and money
