Yet another dissatisfied City-Link customer here.

This is what I wrote on another City-Link complaint site on Saturday;

I have taken the day off work to wait in for my parcel from Amazon which I've just tracked online.
They say they tried to deliver at 10.03am this morning and upon recieving no answer they carded the address and it's now up to the customer to rearrange delivery.

That's kinda funny I thought, because I was sat in my living room reading at 10.03am awaiting delivery with the TV off so surely I would've heard them knocking? I thought I'll go check the card and see what it says and lo and behold there is no card in sight? Weird huh? However it is a gloriously sunny Saturday so, could it be that the driver decided to toss off his deliveries for the day and bugger off home?

Anyway, it's now Monday and thier website is saying that delivery was attempted again today but there was no answer at the address, which is correct because I have to actually work for my money. It also says I was carded once more this morning but yet again no card is present.

As far as I'm concerned City-Link are at best incompetent and at worst dishonest.

Summary: Avoid like the plague.
