ABSOLUTELY RUBBISH- had to give one star as it will not allow no stars (Initial City Link)

Not only useless but liars as well. I was not carded on Monday as it shows on tracking info. Was cared on Tuesday, but when I called them to rearrange delivery, I was left holding 13 mins, I assume on the phone to other angry customers. When I did eventually speak to someone, I think he was trained at same Customer Service school as in Little Britain. His attitude was appalling, not interested in assisting me at all, I asked if parcel could be deliverd to my work next day ( less than 1/2mile away from home) but he said no, suggested I could go to their depot and collect ( 60 mile round trip) what am I paying for??? Also told if they could not deliver on thursday, they would return the parcel to sender, and I would have to pay again, for a service that was never provided in the first place. I asked if they could deliver Wed afternoon to my home, when my husband was in, but they refused, For some reason speaking to them on tuesday is too late for a Wed delivery service. This is a great money making scheme in these hard times, don't even bother trying to deliver, then return goods as undeliverable, and charge again. I hope all the other reliable courier services do not follow City Link example. Would strongly recommend all sellers steer well away from them, as you will only upset your buyers.

Summary: DO NOT EVEN BOTHER WITH THIS COPMANY.
