The attitude just stinks of these drivers (Initial City Link)

Advantages: Quick deliveries offered

Disadvantages: Service is so bad,parcels damaged!

City Link is a courier service most commonly used by Amazon.co.uk. Personally I have never used them for sending items my self but only have received items through them. They do offer their services to send parcels through them at high prices. They offer next day deliveries with their express speed deliveries.

My opinion of City Link is not a nice one If i am honest because of their service. The common problems with them are they knock on the door really hard! Second is their attitude and third the way they drop the parcels on the floor!

These 3 problems have happened to me so many times that it is shocking. I have had parcels broken thanks to them. My Samsung Netbook which was sent by Amazon ended up with a shatter screen after receiving it delivered through City Link.

Their drivers never say Hello or any nice gesture when you open the door. All they do is shove the parcel in your face or put it down on the floor and ask for your signature before going off. My little sister had to carry a heavy parcel inside our house because the driver refused to bring it in once.

City Link are not by all means thrilling at all with their service. Their drivers seem untrained professionals who have been hired without interviews or being checked. Do not expect friendly customer service from City Link Drivers like you would with Royal Mail drivers.
