City Link - completely incompetent (Initial City Link)

City Link are absolutely hopeless and have no interested in ensuring they deliver items efficiently or at all it seems.

Today I was waiting for an item to be delivered by them. At 15:00 I decided to have a quick check at the tracker history as no delivery had yet been made. Apparently the driver had tried to deliver and no response was found so a card was left. Imagine my disbelief! I had been in all day waiting...no knock at the door and no card.

I rang customer service and discovered that the driver had gone to the wrong house, either next door or a completely different street!

They could not deliver later in the day and a new date had to be arranged.

So a complete waste of a day and another day of waiting and wondering whether anyone will turn up tomorrow!

This is not the first time I've had problems with City link and every item I have had to pick up myself from the depot which is about 30 miles away.

They are completely incompetent. How can you run a courier/delivery company when the drivers have no idea and don't go to the correct address?

Summary: completely incompentent cowboys!
