My experience is 100% the same as Lewis 7/12/11 - how can the people who run this company carry on regardless like this and stay in business ?

I bought an electric fire from the coop - they use city link to 'deliver' next day - I'm still waiting 3 days later. For the last 2 days i waited in especially from 8 am - 9pm, after no delivery read the tracking info' on their website which stated they had attempted a delivery each time and as noone was in left a card. Absolute deceipt!
I've noticed they got similar abysmal reviews on other review sites 2 years ago, would you believe it, they're obviously not botherred about learning and making their business more efficient/ or just averagely competent ! Will in future always check my delivery company - never again City Link. Also never again the Coop as their customer service dept was totally useless to help me !Phil Emmett
