How do you stay 'objective' when writing a review having had two digital cameras go 'missing'? Initially I was irritated to be told that my 'next day delivery' hadn't happened because the van broke down. But OK, it happens. Then it happened the following day. Unfortuantely Buxton -> Stoke depot is 40miles, so too far for me to collect it from them. By now I had a 'bad feeling'. So when 4 days later I rang them (cos they sure as hell weren't going to ring me), I wasn't really that surprised to find out it had gone 'missing'. I rang my supplier, who at the other end of the customer service scale dispatched another to me, same day. Unfortunately it seems that someone at Stoke quite likes digital cameras because this parcel has now gone missing too following another of these mystery vehicle breakdowns. To their credit Stoke have admitted that they've 'got a problem' , but I already know that. One or more theiving &^&^$%s is working for them. It's really not much good being cheap, if customers can't trust your service - having advised the camera shop, they've agreed that they'd better send the 3rd camera by Royal Mail Special delivery.
