Joke of a company. I brought a very hard to find movie projector off ebay that cost just short of £1000. Brand new this item would have cost £10000!It was scanned in at the collection depo and thats as far as it got. Never received it, and currently they are looking for it!!! The box is a metre long and half a metre wide and high and weighs 25Kg and covered in fragile stickers ...... How the hell does something like that go missing????I am currently fuming and waiting for answers. If not found in the next couple of days i will be demanding a criminal investigation because something that big just doesn't go missing. Unfortunately I never chose the courier and would't have chose City Link as I have had trouble with them before now! NOT HAPPY, WORST COMPANY EVER.....

City Link are a company to be avoided at all costs. They don't deliver when they are supposed to and cover for the drivers who alledge to have tried to deliver. Serious security issue on website. Waited all day for parcel only to be told I had requested online that I would collect. Not true! Complaints department don't respond. Parcel now sent back to sender. Luckily I paid by paypal and should get a refund.

CITY LINK IS A JOKE MICKEY MOUSE ORGANISATION! I have never come across such a badly organised shambles like this before in my life and would be extremely surprised if there's another company like that out there because it's probably gone bust. My parcel was on a timed delivery for 12 noon and didn't arrive, the call centre would appear to be manned by morons who are unable to contact the Bicester depot. I called 6 times and at one stage I had them on 3 different lines in an effort to get an answer!! The people in this organisation do not have the foggiest idea of what's going on and the staff in the call centre are employed to tell lies and fob you off! I eventually drove to the depot and collected myself at 6.45 PM!!!!!

City Link told me and Amazon that they delivered my package, which they hadn't. It was even more frustrating since I was home looking out the window and waiting for the package. They refused to admit that they hadn't delivered it, even saying that they had handed it to me. Looks like they blatantly stole it. 

Also if you have had any problems with City Link using another company then Amazon, then post their details when you comment and I will add them to this petition. No more City Link.

All too familiar story, they lost my parcel, sent me someone else's.Twice they promised to deliver the parcel, two days wasted waiting for it to arrive, hours and hours on the phone chasing them up, calls not returned, one month of sheer hell and STILL NO PARCEL.They cross labelled it, apparently. Where do all these lost parcels go? I can only speculate.They have failed in their common law duty of care to look after my goods, so it's one last letter then off to the small claims court. They do not even seem to care, sounds like they have been through this thousands of times beforeMinus five stars would be my rating. I can only hope they stop trading soon.Just don't bother using them, pay more, pay double, it's cheaper in the long run.

A very important parcel required at Heathrow for 9 a.m. It hadn't arrived by 10.30 a.m. They then lied to me saying it was damaged - it wasn't - they rang back to say it wasn't damaged, they'd found it and it would be delivered within the hour. That was 3 hours ago. The goods have missed the plane and are totally useless as they were for a conference. They're now telling me that they'll deliver the goods after 3 pm, only 6 hours late.We normally use TNT without problem, this time my supplier used City Link. This bunch of cowboys have probably cost me a customer - British Airways - as well as a lot of money.

Turned up twice to deliver a package, both just after lunch. BOthered to take a picture of my door, but didn't leave an attempted delivery card, and then just sent the package back to the sender as a failed delivery. How was I supposed to know they were there? Am I a telepath or what? Next time I'll check what couriers the retailers use, and if it's City Link, I'll keep looking.

Always been a great fan of John Lewis especially the reliability of their delivery service. However, they have now teamed up with City Link. I paid for delivery of a TV on Friday before 10:30 but it did not arrive. I was then told that it would be delivered on Saturday but am now informed it will be delivered next week.
