Disadvantages: rip off, cowboys take the piss

i went to kwick fix to have my car balanced and they said also that it would take 30 mins. They took my phone number and said that they would ring me. It was pXXssing it down ranining and after waiting three hours i rang them an dythey said that it was ready.
It cost me £30.
as soon as i drove away the same problem occured. I pulled up and telephoned them and they said that they had done there job and that this must mean a mechanical problem. I then took it to a proper garage where they had inspected it and stated that there was absolutley nothing wrong with the car and that kwick fix had not done anything with the car
im so annoyed dont every go there they are young boys who rip you off and think tat cause your a woman they can take the piss
