I have to say that the song on the Kwik Fit advert says it all. I have been back time and time to Kwik fit for various things including tyres and exhausts. And they have always been brilliant with their customer service.

I found them even better today. My Vauxhall Cavalier has been bouncing quite a bit for some time and I had a feeling that the shock exhaubers were on there way out. So I went along to Kwik Fit today to have them checked.

They checked them free of charge for me and sure enough the front ones had almost had it. The back were not too bad but I decided to have them done as well. Including tracking after the front have been fitted. For the price of £159 which I felt was not too bad (I expected worse as I have had worse quotes with other cars in the past)

They went out of their way to try and get the car done today for me. They had a problem with the ramp they needed to use and sent a member of staff out to get the part so they could get cracking with the work.

Their coffee machine didn't work and instead of telling me sorry you will have to go without the gentleman kindly told me that next door sold really nice coffees and they were not expensive.

I actually decided to book the car to be done tomorrow in the end as they were so good to me and went out of there way I felt it was only fair as they really were rushed off of their feet and I was in no particular hurry. (It would take 3 hours to do all of it anyway)

Just before I went they made sure I was put in the diary for tomorrow and explained that the shocks they fit now have a lifetime guaruntee so for as long as you have the car they are guarunteed. Not bad. Not many garages would do that.

In the past with tyres and exhausts I have had no problems and they have had guaruntees with them. I once had a new tyre fitted and a complete BLEEP BLEEP decided to slash it for me during the night. I got the car to kwik fit and they cha
nged it free of charge as they have a guaruntee for about two weeks. Or they did have.

A great company who also call you about two weeks after to find out if you were happy with the service ( I have had this every time I have used them) I would recommend them to anyone.

Lets just hope I am not disapointed tomorrow.
