Really bad (Kwik Fit)

Advantages: nice manager

Disadvantages: no return phone calls, parts not stocked

My exhaust fell off my car on bank holiday monday of all days! couldnt believe when calling kwik fit (fareham) that they were actually open!but took my car down around 2pm and got told it would be done by 4pm.so went shopping. came back and paid the bill of £200, then told it couldnt be finished today as the parts wernt there! Tony the manager was very good and even gave me and my mum £20 to get a taxi home. Was told i would be called at 9am the next day...no call. so i called them at 10.30am they said the car would be done by lunchtime....no call! so called again at 3.30pm, i was told "sorry madam,somebody should have called you,it will be done tomorrow am"! i cant believe it, i have lost a days money and rely on my car to get around.After paying their hefty bill i cant afford to lose another day and people rely on me in my job! i wont be using kwik fit again.

Summary: wont be using them again!
