Advantages: they will rip you off every penny

Disadvantages: there is no ADVANTAGE

You have to be lucky to see a trained mechanic, most of the times its just cow boys. I went into kwikfit for oil change, mechanic could not figure out the location of oil filter, finally replaced the oil filter with a wrong sized filter and had to open the oil sump three times as twice over filled the car with engine oil. When confronted with evidence i.e. old oil filter and the specifications of new filter staff was rude and i ended up complaining to the head office. I am sure i will get a pre-formatted letter from their "coustomer service" . Ended up going to Toyota dealership to get the oil changed again. Kwikfit charged 49.99 for oil/filter change and Toyota charged 55£. I will never go to kwik fit again and i think if you do not know how to double check the work AVOID them !
