My Kwikfit experience has been horrible - not only a rip-off at an individual branch - but then to face the most abysmal rudeness from Kwikfit "Customer Relations Staff". This is a company that seems to want to lose its customers.

I was overcharged, lied to about the non-availability of the same product at a different price, and then insulted by being told that "managers in branches don't know about prices, and therefore did not lie".

At the end of the job my tools were just flung in the boot, my vehicle left filthy, valve caps not replaced......

Never again. There are no doubt some good branches, but sadly I'm not going to risk it again given the evident leadership problems in this company. making customers feel ripped-off is never a good business strategy - might make a fast buck in the short term but in the long run your'e a dead duck.
