Network Q provide the worse warranty on a used car.
So much for their promise of trouble free motoring.

Having had the recent misfortune to have been involved in a road traffic accident I entrusted the services of my insurance company Tescos (of whom I have no complaint) In order to receive the benefit of a 14 day hire car. The problem was I wad due to go on holiday in 18 days and ideally having the car back before I went would have saved trouble on returning from holiday. My insurance company offered the services of one of their approved repairers (Renault) this is were things started to go wrong, arrangements were made for my vehicle to be collected as it was not in a legal state for use on a public highway. I bought my car from a Vauxhall dealership Network Q. They were very nice and helpful and very quick at setting up the hire purchase account. We were given one years warantee with the car and informed that it had had the 144 checks. We got it back home and loved it. After six months we were due to get the Road Tax. The car was just over three years old when we bought it and I noticed that there was no MOT certificate with the paperwork. I phoned the garage who told me it didn't need one upto three years to which I replied but it was just over the three years old when I bought it from you and all paperwork we have states that the MOT was done.
