Untrustworthy and poor customer service from Nationwide Autocentres (Nationwide Autocenters)
Member Name: Chris
Advantages: Clear prices Disadvantages: They tell lies! Poor customer service. I took my Renault Clio in for a full service. They called me up to say that the front brake pads and discs needed replacing urgently as they were below Renault's standards. I told them not to do it as I thought the breaks were in good condition. I took the car to Kwik Fit the next week for a free brake check and they said there was nothing wrong at all. 6 months later and I have just taken the car to the Renault dealer for a service and they said the breaks were still in great condition. Do not trust Nationwide when they say something needs replacing-always go for a second opinion! Also they never call to say when the car is ready for collection as they promise to, they damaged my steering wheel and didn't do a very good job replacing my cam belt-I had trouble starting after they had replaced it but they couldn't find any fault. The only good thing is they tell you how much things cost before you go in. Summary: Not really worth it except perhaps for routine servicing. |

Probably the most awful and incompetent courier company on the planet
Look at the alternatives first
To record or not to record. What a stupid question.
Couriers must not fail to turn up!
Tesco does it better
Not at all the little garage of horrors I was expecting!
Don't knock it 'til you tried it
