DON'T TRUST THEM WITH YOUR CAR (Nationwide Autocenters)

Took out AA warranty when I purchased my vehicle, after a year I had an engine fault and called the claims number. Was advised to take to local Nationwide Centre (Uxbridge) who then told me that they could not diagnose the fault and to bring again when expert was in. After picking up the car, when I got home I noticed engine oil leaking, opened the bonnet to find that they had left the engine oil cap unscrewed and on the side and my engine and bonnet was dripping with oil. Called them, they told me to bring it back, after looking at it they said it aint covered under warranty, I said I know its your own fault. They told me they had no reason to open bonnet.. yet I went to them with a ENGINE fault. My car is a fairly new Mercedes CLK now with a ruined engine which they are saying they're not liable for but I am still trying to fight against it.

So a word of advice, STAY WELL CLEAR from these guys, I wish I read some of these reveiws beforehand.

Oh yeah, and the fault was later found out and it wasn't under warranty as it wasn't listed in the AA handbook so I really wouldn't recommend the misleading AA warranty that dealerships try to sell either.
