Replacing a car can be very stressful. The most difficult decision is 'what car' to buy. My husband and I decided that we would make a list of all the cars we fancy, visit the dealerships and then make a short-list. This review is intended to give you an idea of how we found the dealerships, in this case Nissan, as potential buyers. How we were treated and what their service was like. We cannot comment on after-sale service as we have not experienced it yet (we are still in the process of whittling down our short-list).

My husband and I decided to pay a visit to a Nissan dealership to have a look at the QashQai and the X-Trail. We have both heard good things about the cars and their reliability as well as the good service from Nissan.

We chose a large dealership in East London which sells new and used vehicles, and also has plenty of customer parking. When we entered the showroom we were immediately approached by a salesperson asking if we needed any assistance. We declined the offer as we first wanted to have a look at all their cars. We were not disappointed as they had a wide variety of vehicles on their showroom floor including the 2 models we were interested in.

Once we were ready to speak to a salesperson we were helped immediately. I was very impressed with the helpfulness of all the staff. We quickly made an appointment for test-driving the QashQai and X-Trail the following week.

The salesman was ready for us when we arrived for our test-drives. The test-drives were excellent and we really got a feel for both cars. We had managed to find a salesman who was happy to discuss the merits of all the cars that we were considering, and no pressure was placed on us to commit to buy a Nissan.

Visiting Nissan was an enjoyable experience and as potential customers we were treated really well. I would recommend their customer service any day.

Summary: Quality customer service
