I am delighted! You're not only the cheapest by far but very efficient too. My parcel was collected on Monday morning (on the correct day) by a friendly, helpful Fedex driver, and delivered to a school in Brunei today, Thursday morning, having been scanned, not opened and no duty payable. My daughter is over the moon and so am I. We will definitely use parcel2go/fedex again, although on your website it says you use DHL.Maybe they were the reason for your negative reviews which almost dissuaded me from using you!
The quick quote system was so so helpful as we had a rucsac to send and needed to play around with the size v weight.Although the paper work took ages it was obviously worth it and the instructions were good.
My only criticism is that on phoning about minor problems, like entering an address with no street name, the chap sounded bored and wasn't at all friendly, so I nearly gave up. However, I'm really glad I didn't and thank you for your efficient speedy service which we'll definitely use again.
