What a load of crap this company are!!!!

they get you to fill out endless customs paperwork then they lose it, the package arrives damaged with several high value items missing.

You submit the paperwork for a claim (i had purchased extra insurance)
and they try EVERY trick in their ridiculous list of rules to worm out of the claim, i submitted the claim within 14 days of dispatch (even tho it took 7 for the package to arrive at ist destination!) filled in their paperwork sent off pictures of the damage proof of value of missing contents etc and 2 months later im STILL waiting for a conclusion, no contact from them, im the one doing all the chasing up of this claim and they just arent interested. I for one will never be using them again and neither will the company i work for or my friends and family!

Summary: WHAT A LOAD OF CRAP!
