Disadvantages: Terrible Customer Services Bad Admin

I've been sending around 150 parcels a month with this ahem "company". I have had around 4 broken items not eligable for a claim and I have had around 20-30 failed collections. The courier they send is DHL and whilst they are rough with the packages their admin is fine the driver is polite and no problems whatsoever, Parcel2go.com however are a joke, they don't book in your order on time, which leads to late deliveries which doesn't help your company. They have quite possibly the most arrogant and vile customer services I have ever experienced in my life, rude, no manners and answerable to no one. When you call you cannot even come close to speaking to a real person the system is simply recorded messages full of pointless information that hangs up after it has told you the message, live chat is pointless because they are so rude that if you complain they take no notice, they are accountable to no one. The only plus point is there price, but hey I'll pay the extra £0.20 a parcel and use a reliable broker. If you are even considering using this company don't, take it from me you will have countless problems!!!!
