The ease and convenience of the service means no more extortionate Royal Mail prices, no more queuing at the Post Office and no more hand writing out delivery label after delivery label.

The online support is also excellent and a service. When I have made a mistake (wrong address etc) the staff have been very efficient in correcting for me and issuing a new label. No hassle at all. Very friendly, very efficient.
