On numerous occasions they failed to collect on time despite confirmation by email of booking and pickup date. One urgent shipment to europe was not picked up and then was held by the courier service and delivered late because apparently we had given the wrong address. This was not true. The address was correct, p2g customer services confirmed it was correct and 5 seconds on google maps proved it was correct! and i only found out because i asked days later. this 3 day delivery turned into 10 days! If there was a problem with the delivery or address why didn't they inform me immediately??? They would not let us talk directly to the courier to assist with the address. They do not give any compensation for THEIR mistakes. This week they again have failed to collect a parcel and the only explanation they offer is that "it happens". When I asked what i could do in the future to make sure they do not miss pick ups they said that "they cannot guarantee collections". what kind of service is this that cannot guarantee collections nor deliveries??
