I've waited over a month for URGENT parts. Contacted live support 3 times and rearranged delivery 3 times. Parcel2Go make it impossible for you to find a phone number anywhere and live chat are useless and unhelpful. Courier leaves no card(they haven't even attempted delivery). They refuse to allow me to collect my parcel from the depot. They've now informed me that it's been sent back to the sender and immediately refused to speak to me further under the data protection act because I am the recipient and did not book the collection. It's my damn parcel and I paid for delivery not to mention you haven't even attempted to deliver it.I've never received such an appalling service from any company. These are business items and you've caused massive delays not to mention losing us money.

Twice I have used Parcel2Go to send parcels to buyers on eBay, and never again. The first time I used the Yodel Next Day service but they failed to collect the parcel and was therefore late resulting in bad feedback for me on eBay. I contacted Parcel2Go and they blamed the courier - Yodel. I contacted the courier and they blamed Parcel2Go. Lose, Lose Situation.Anyway, I recently booked another parcel but this time it was using TNT. Guess what! They never arrived, and when contacting TNT they blamed Parcel2Go.What is even more annoying about Parcel2Go they don't allow you to contact them. They have removed their email address, contact form, and phone number off the website. Ask yourself why a company would need to do this! It must be because of all the complaints!I recommend you avoid Parcel2Go.

ordered hermes next day collection, 48 hours delivery, usually they arnt bad, sometimes late collecting but overall i just about live with it.but this time they took 10 days, so for 10 days livechat told me "please be patient and see if they turn up by the end of the day, they are due before 8pm"so 8pm comes and goes, nothing, no reply from livechat cause its after hours.... wtf?same thing for 10 days, finally rebook it for me and change to TNT expressthey come 2 days later, take the item, destroy it during transit and my buyer ends up with a smashed up guitar, not like they didnt know its fragile.blocked from PM'ing them on facebook for getting annoyed at the lack of help, livechats awful.now... they offer me £20 compensation... thanks alot.

It's all ok if they pick up the parcel and deliver it safely etc. but what happens of they don't pick it up? Nothing but a nightmare to deal with. unrealistic solutions and no promises. It's been 57 hours and still waiting for pick in London.

Pacels to go are a complete nightmare of a company to deal with. I had unused goods picked up in prestine condition only to arrive back at he suppliers, so damaged, the supplier refused any form of refund. Parcel to go ask for evidence of this, evidence of that etc. etc.. I am now on e mail number 17, have had several "chat room" conversations. It is very clear they are simply hoping I will go away, so its the small clamins process next as it has now become a point of principle. My advice, DO NOT use these cowboys under any circumstances

I have used other Parcel Brokers hundreds of times, I stupidly decided to try parcel2go this time. Oh what a big big big mistake this was. I booked the service and paid online and waited for the collection. Nothing at all happened. I went online to P2G's website and found the only way to contact them is via an online chat room, this ... Ordered a gift for my husbands birthday (today 23rd) and was supposedly coming via Yodel48. It was sent on 16th and was last updated on P2Go website at 3.30am on 18th. So far 2 livechats with P2Go have gotten me nowhere - they can't give me the Yodel number or tell me where the parcel is. I am so P**** off! My daughter is also expecting Xmas presents + has same scenario. If possible to give minus scores -I would!

I booked yodel 48 to pick up the next day, no collection! rebooked to pick up next day STILL NO COLLECTION!! yodel are an absolute joke! parcel2go do not have an online refund facility and there does not appear to be a telephone number to ring them or yodel. no replies to messages - pretty much as expected. Another small claims court case, and a trip to a more professional organisation - parcelforce!I was unable to put feedback on the parcel2go site as they only allow neutral and positive feedback.

After reading some reviews I had my doubts about this company. I have since learned that parcel2go is actually very good as they negotiate bulk parcel contracts with multiple parcel agencies. With Parcel2go you can choose your parcel carrier. This biggest problem reported in a fair percentage of reviews seems to be the 'budget' carrier YODEL who are a known problem carrier. YODEL even changed their name after merging with another company which appeared on BBC Watchdog! Not a good history of Customer care. I had many problems with YODEL over the past 2 years, wrong deliveries, missed deliveries etc.My recent experience with parcel2 go via UPS was very good. Everything was collected and delivered very efficiently. Thank you and Well done to Parcel2go, I shall use you again but I will nominate my preferred carrier very carefully ;-)

In UK today, there are more companies that offer a poor and careless service than those who carry on doing business with ethics and care. Parcel2Go.com is a company that has no concept of service or customer care. their sub-contractors such as citylink and yodel help themselves to your packages and if they dont, they deliver late, ... Extremely Poor Customer Service I would not recommend Parcel2go to anyone. The service is rubbish and the agents you connect to on live chat - well some are pretty rude. In 40 odd years - i have never come across a company like them - fail to collect on requested day, they collect 3 days later, after we chased their "Customer Service" that have no telephones or means of communication with the outside world, let alone the companies they use. they do no collect the pre paid parcels.I have tried them on 3 occasions and every time they have not collected on the booked day. However on every occasion they have credited the cost so, 9 parcels sent free of charge.not a way to run a business!

Both these companies fail to give the most basic of service correctly and have no customer service worth a light ! Pay a little bit more to deal with a decent courier direct such as Interlink Express . The difference in service is amazing .

I dont think its so much them I think they need to ditch collect plus. They think they will take over from royal mail. Royal mail are the only ones I trust after collectplus lost a big order of mine. I emailed mark.lewis@collectplus.co.uk when it happened he passed it on and nothing gets resolved. I am told parcels get stolen all tje time by their workers. Of course I have no proof so cant comment. Royal mail cost more but collect cost me so much mite.

This company failed to collect twice - persuaded me to pay more for an upgraded service although it was their failure to deliver that made this necessary.
