Im using parcel2go for the first time to return some goods I bought.

The first collection failed.
The second collection failed.

I suggest you steer well clear of these people, unless you don't mind staying home all week!!

A good service if sending occasional non-expensive items, but don't use for expensive items as if they get broken you won't be able to claim the money back. I was unconvenced of this until I actually got 'stung' by P2P. I dispatched two working monitors separately to a customer with the £50 comphensation on each. The monitors were badly damaged on delivery and even though I had all the evidence and photographs (taken by the customer) as proof, Parcel2go used every clause to wriggle out of paying up - I'm sorry but I only wanted £50 back to cover my delivery charges but they weren't even courteous to refund half the money - truely poor customer service, I will be going else where in future.

I have had excellent service with Parcel2go - three so far, all collected on the day booked and delivered with no problems.

I've used Parcel2go on several occasions for sending heavy parcels which would otherwise work out much more expensive through the Post Office. Initially I was unsure about using Parcels2go as I'd read some bad reviews but the competitive prices tempted me to try them. Parcel2go... eventually.com are a cheap alternative to sending parcels via the Post Office. More like Parcel may or may not go. I've arranged 5 collections and 3 of 5 have not been collected on the agreed day. When called customer service, all they kept saying is they are sorry and that their service is not guaranteed. I don't understand how can a company run such business. If I would say to my clients I cannot guarantee the delivery, they would go somewhere else where the delivery is guaranteed and that's exactly what I am going to do.
I'd rather pay slightly more and get guaranteed service.
Stay away from this company if you want to save yourself a hassle.

They stole my money!

I started using parcel2go to send our orders received online. I cannot believe how incompetent and rude the staff are.

I used the company for 3 weeks before i had enough.

The parcels are only collected 3 times out of 10.

Only because its cheap, you give them another chance... and another... you want it to work so much... but let me tell you, this is NOT the service small retailers like us have been waiting for.

It really is too good to be true, lots of hidden fees and finally, when I tried to get my refund, they claim I have not paid, even though I faxed and emailed the good receipt.

Thieves, will be closed down in no time.

I have used parcel2go many many times go for dhl uk deliveries primarily (although I have sent the odd package to islands/highlands). I've been sending around 150 parcels a month with this ahem "company". I have had around 4 broken items not eligable for a claim and I have had around 20-30 failed collections. I'm surprised to read some of these negative reviews. For this price, I think that parcel2go offers very good service. You can place an order 24 hrs before pick up, and have them come to your crib to pick up the goods. The forms are annoying, but I thought the service was good. I had something shipped from UK to USA and it took 4 days. It was much cheaper than DHL, Royal Mail, or UPS. Everything I shipped arrived in one piece. I have seen much worse with UPS. I highly recomend parcel2go.

What a load of crap this company are!!!! they get you to fill out endless customs paperwork then they lose it, the package arrives damaged with several high value items missing. The website is really easy to use, i got confirmation emails straight away after ordering and paying through paypal. Wanted them to pick a huge parcel (30kg) up the next day to go to Devon (from Cumbria) City Link called the next morning at 9.30 to take it. I paid for next day delivery which is exactly what i got. I cannot fault their service, i would definitely use them again. They are much cheaper then Parcelforce (i would have had to pay an extra tenner AND take it to the the local depot for delivery within 5 days. Some of these reviews happen to be from some time ago and Parcel2go may have upped their game so to speak. Certainly for me, i'll give them 10/10 and will definitely use them again.

I am afraid this may be quite a negative review, I have only ever had bad experiences with Parcel2go and I hope that recently their service has improved. Lost my item, and failed to pay any compensation or even refund delivery cost! This is despite sending e-mail that they confirmed collection had occured, and that itm last scanned in depot in middle of France but lost since.
You can tell a good company by how they respond when things go wrong. This is NOT a good company.

Don't use this dishonest and unhelpful company !!

They failed to turn up for the scheduled collection TWICE... they finally showed up at the third time but unfortunately, my parcel was lost in transit... and they rejected the claim without giving a reason!

The worst company ever !! Don't ever bother to do business with them otherwise you may suffer.

P.S. it does not deserve any star at all ...
