I will give out -5 star if I could. This is a complete joke that I have spent over £60 to send a parcel (£10 value) to China but still not yet arrived over a week!!!! The online status has been showing as "Awaiting for custom clearance" for 6 days!!! DO NOT BELIEVE THIS! I have called ParcelForce what does it mean by awaiting for custom clearance, they lied and said the parcel was held by the custom of China and asked me to talk to China Customs. It is a very urgent parcel so I called the custom of China. They said that custom clearance will take less than 10 mins and it's no way to be held at custom for over 6 days. Parcel Force without the P would be the best description.At 82 years of age and very slow moving, I failed to get up today before 8am. A parcel force delivery (dash in and out) was abandoned because of this and the item taken to St Johns Post Office for me to collect, leaving me with a problem.I will bet that if I had owed the delivery guy a thousand pounds he would have located me.Their attitude stinks. The sooner they are sold up the better.Never, never use Arcel ForceBJ

Don't touch these jokers with a bargepole, particularly if you are an EBay seller sending parcels - Parcel Farce's incompetence could well lead you to receive negative feedback through no fault of your own. Thankfully, the seller of my E-Bay items had provided a tracking number so I was able to monitor my parcel. It should have arrived yesterday, and didn't. I was at home from 10am for the entire day and, according to their system, they claimed that an attempt had been made to deliver at 1345 - unless I was in a parallel dimension then and missed them, there was no such attempt. Some time ago Parcelforce managed to lose a very expensive sword which did turn at a hub depot up about 7 weeks later. Now, waiting in the house for a parcel that should have been delivered yesterday....but wasn't. Checked the Parcelforce online tracking facility....and find that it has been sent to a 'wrong depot'....and subsequently .....didn't get it...and ... still haven't received it. My advice....if you want to send a parcel????.....choose a professional courier service.

Took a parcel to my local Post Office to be told the only option was Parcelforce, and they won't collect it until tomorrow! I'll think twice before using them again. DHL offer a better service for parcels.
