Parcelforce

This courier company is a little cheaper for when it comes to sending parcels. I have had a long experience of them and even though they are cheaper they actually end up losing more parcels and also do not deliver on time. You can not rely on Parcelforce to deliver parcels on time. Already used them 3 times this month and the same problem happened. First I used them for sending a parcel with the 24 hour service which was received late. Instead of the parcel being sent the next day it ended up actually getting to the receiver 4 days later. Parcelforce told me on the phone they was sorry and got the parcel mixed up. Now this has not only happened once ...

In my opinion Parcel Force is the worst run parcel service in the the U.K. by far. The last item they delivered ended up at the local Post Office without me knowing, as they hadn't bothered to leave a card to say they had attempted to deliver it. When I eventually went to collected it, the lady behind the counter said "this happens alot and is getting worse". The previous parcel never arrived as they said they couldn't find my address ( I live on a very well known main road ). When it did eventually arrive it was found to be damaged. Parcel Force is part of the Royal Mail group, and is an express delivery company working through a network of hubs across the UK, with their central hub being based in coventry. Parcels can be sent with Parcel Force at many local Post Office branches, you can book collections online, and you can also take them to your local depot. The prices tend to be quite good, though not ridiculously cheap, but apparently unlike some on here, I have always found their service to be very good.
