Disadvantages: Parcel delivery service that doesn't deliver

I have currently been waiting 21 days for a parcel - they say they have tried to deliver but as there is almost always someone in I find it difficult to believe - especially as no missed delivery card has been posted through my letter box.

The person who sent the parcel was given a tracking number that PF's system refuses to recognise and try to speak to a human being - no chance. If their computer can't answer your question you're stuffed.
