Advantages: They do get it right every once in a while and they are not CityLink

Disadvantages: They are a courier.

What are you lot thinking? Of course Parcelforce are terrible that is just the nature of couriers... but my god they could be CityLink!!!!!!! At least the people from parcelforce have a rough idea of where they are going and from time to time they bother to put a card through your door within two or three days of when the parcel is expected. Go on then don't believe me get it send by CityLink then you will regret it.

Summary: Don't forget your other options are limited.
