How bad can a company be? As bad as Parcelforce - thats how bad!
I sent a beautiful Fender Amplifier in the packaging that it came (unmolested) to me in. In a nutshell they threw it out of a truck and smashed it. Even though I had paid extra for insurance the wouldnt offer me any compensation at all!
I paid £30 to have my amp smashed up - the neighbours would have done it for less.
ARE YOU ALL AWARE THAT PARCELFORCE HAVE NO OBLOGATION TO EVEN DELIVER YOU PARCEL - NEVER MIND IN ONE PIECE! THEY HAVE ROYAL DISPENSATION TO DO WHAT THEY LIKE WITH NO COMEBACK! HONESTLY - ITS THE TRUTH!

Summary: They told me that the rollers on the coveyer belt crushed the 1/2 inch plywood case!
