Advantages: Well if you're in the house you should get your delivery

Disadvantages: Customer service is virtual and virtually non existent

If your in when they try to deliver then your in luck. If you try to contact someone to arrange a re-delivery then your about to enter the demon world which is their voice recognition customer service. Don't expect to speak to a human being to get some help and don't expect to come away from dealings with the voice recognition system with your blood pressure anywhere near normal.
It is so bad I would advice any companies using Parcelforce that your liable to lose customers by using this company as their customer service is so bad!
