Try using a company that actually about service, & that's not Parcelforce (Parcelforce)

Try using a company whose staff actually care about offering good service, instead of one like Parcelforce who clearly doesn't care at all.
There is no point in providing tracking details when the drivers can't be bothered to find your house, after the item is out for delivery or collection even. I have been let down big time on collections and deliveries in the past and spent hours waiting in for nobody to arrive.
Not much point in providing your telephone number because the drivers / staff make no attempt to ring you if they have any problems in locating your house.
Don't pay extra for guaranteed times or Saturday delivery because that doesn't make any difference, you'll just pay more - O.K. if you are prepared to deliver and collect your own parcels from their depots, which are usually several miles away - Look elsewhere instead

Summary: Rubbish service, always let down by one weak link in the chain
