Advantages: THEY HAVE RED VANS

Disadvantages: THEY DON'T DELIVER OR CARE

Our experience of ParcelForce has been increasingly frustating. They put the package on the van but then the driver either doesn't deliver it or puts a card through the door to say we were out even when some one was in.
Today my son was expecting delivery of his Wii and when it didn't arrive by 17:30 I drove 20 miles to the depot to collect it!
Calling the automated helpline is pointless as after you select an option it plays you a message and cuts you off!
In future I will be boycotting suppliers who use ParcelForce so if you are looking for a courier look elsewhere!

Summary: ParcelForce are poor in dellivery and have no accessible customer service
