This company is shockingly poor. Their drivers seem to struggle with finding even easy to locate inner city addresses. Their helpline is a complete joke. You get an extremely wordy automated voice telling you about things that are not relevant to your problem before you can select any options. The options you do select either are of no use or are unhelpful. Their website tells you to phone the customer service line if you have a problem, and the helpline tells you to check the website if you have a problem! Unbelievable! After getting through to my local depot I was given te run-around by several different members of staff all promising to call me back but never actually doing so, apart from one lady who called me to tell me my item had not been located and they would call me the following day. No one called me back that day, so frustrated I called them and got VERY angry indeed, and miraculously my parcel was located almost immediately. It is sad that in this day and age with companies like this being polite gets you absolutely nowhere. I did at one point talk to a customer service advisor, who assured me that my issues would be dealt with. I do not intend to find out as I will not be using their service in the forseeable future without a serious improvement in the management of this company.

Do NOT use this service. They are not that much cheaper than other options, and from what I have seen from other reviews they are thoroughly unreliable.
