Advantages: Erm, can't see any!

Paid hundreds of dollars for the delivery from USA, arrived in UK, I did not get any letters for paying the customs charge. I called Parcel Force about 3 times so they send me a letter. Last time I called I've been told I would get a letter sent to my address, and the day after my Item gets sent back to USA!!! I call them and apparently there is nothing they can do!! how ridiculous!!!!!

Summary: Parcel force sends my item back to USA without any notice!
