Please don't leave a comment about the language because I feel that is appropriate for the review.

Parcel force delivers things that are not delivered by Post Office. It is a sister company to Royal Mail.

I have no gripes with the employees.

I am very happy with the management. In the past few years many of the depots of parcel force have closed. Now they have regional depots. This means that quality of service has deteriorated. Parcels are not delivered on time. On many occasions things were not delivered on time. Whereas in before the change I got the delivery before 1pm. Now it could be any time between morning to 5.30pm. This has happened because of larger areas for the drivers and thus rubbish service.

Another issue with this company is tracking. You can't always track the item coming to you, no names but another company is very good. Often the choice is not mine because the delivery is determined by the sender.

I find it very difficult to blame the service provided by Parcel Force because it is the strategy that is wrong. I am sure delivery men and women do their best to deliver on time.

I am interested on recent reviews written on other courier companies. Rentokil Citylink seems to be very popular, sadly they are not the only ones operating out there. There are millions of them out there.
