Disadvantages: misdelivery of packages, no response to inquiry

Be warned senders from the US, if you send by Express Mail this grossly negligent delivery company automatically gets the parcel. This service is unsatisfactory in that the parcel sent was misdelivered. It seems to me that a company that specializes in transporting mail should be able to deliver to the addressee. Simple, really to carry an object from point A to point B. Seek legal recourse as I am doing. I gave them one star only because that is the lowest rating available.

Summary: Unreliable service!
