DO NOT USE!! I had a laptop which I ordered via ebay and was sent on the 24 hour service. Having not received the parcel by 8pm I checked online tracking. was horrified to read that apparently 'I' had signed for it at 6.22pm and taken receipt. I wasn't even in the house at 6.22! The signature wasn't even mine. I was left completely speechless and upset. Clearly someone had done a number on me. I haven't had any response from Parcelforce who are looking into the matter but am contemplating suing them through county court. The standard level of insurance is only £150 but Im looking into recovering the whole amount on the basis of negligence as opposed to breach of contract.
