Parcelforce didnt deliver bike for my daughters birthday. Due to New Year holiday, Parcelforce 24 turned into Parcelforce 6 days!!

A very broken hearted 7 year old girl with no birthday present. A bike is a big gift, so I hadnt got her anything else. That day will go down in history in her wee mind. To add insult to injury, she had to watch her twin brother riding about on his shiny new bike. (Bought from a shop, not delivered)

I got a standard email one-line email apology from them 9 days after it was meant to be delivered.They owe ME compensation, not just the bloody sender!

btw, the box was also damaged!!

Summary: Avoid them. Their satisfaction targets are far below what they say, I'm certain of that.
