I live in Greece and I regularly shop through the internet. The ONLY company I've ever had any problems with was ParcelForce. Every time I order from the UK, ANY other shipping method, ensures deliver in 4-5 working days (shipment on a Monday, delivery on Thursday or Friday the latest). And by "ANY" I mean, even shipments made through regular, plain, old post. Last time I had to wait 20 working days (!!!) for a delivery, and this time, noone can tell me where my parcel is (Shipped Monday, February 5). When I track it through the parcelforce site, it tells me it has arrived in Greece on Thursday (Feb. 8), and on Friday (Feb. 9) and on Monday (Feb. 12) (?!?!?!?). Their local representative tells me the internet site automatically gives an arrival on the morning after the last tracking number was scanned and until it gets scanned again. Meanwhile, they can't find it on their computers. And of course, no answer from Parcelforce - I sent them an e-mail, but it's only been a few hours, so I should wait a few days I guess.

Summary: Never order from a company that uses ParcelForce. Let the company know the reason.
