If you are in business never ever use parcelforce as a delivery service. They are the worst company I have ever dealt with, they have absolutely no customer service, they rip you off on telephone calls when there is a problem, they should remove the word urgent from all parcelforce staff vocabulary, in fact it should be surgically removed, as they clearly have no idea what it means. They lost £1000.00 of goods shipped to an overseas customer. Their tracking service is useless, asking me to tell my customer to track the missing parcel from their end. So what was my outcome? Lost customer, lost business revenue of £5000.00 in three months. The company should be judged on how good they are when things go wrong. This company deserve a -0 out of 10. Be warned do not use under any circumstances. They offer the worst service known to man. The parcel lost on 18th November 2006, it is now February 2007 and still no refund?
