Disadvantages: use parcels for footballs

Parcelforce is absolutely useless. I bought a DVD player. It was delivered in a damaged package. When I set it up it didn't work. I contacted the supplier. Told to return it.

Got in touch with parcelforce customer services, told by them to lodge a complaint. I am absolutely disgusted by Parcelforce. The woman on the phone was rude and it took ages before she asked me to complain.Because of dodgy service from Parcelforce I had to return the DVD player. This is inconvenient and plus have to wait for the replacement which can take two weeks more.

Never going to use Parcelforce. I told the supplier to use alternative which they agreed to in principle.

Summary: don't use it
